Everything was excellent; if you have the opportunity to come, do not miss it. It is the perfect place to disconnect from everything. The pool and the jacuzzi in the room were spectacular; they are covered, so the rain does not affect the experience.

I visited the hotel with my wife and daughters; from the moment we arrived, Mr. Porfirio was helpful and kind. At the hotel reception, Daniel and Ana María surprised me with the news that I was their special guest, for which they gave me an upgrade to a very nice suite with a jacuzzi. The room had a coffee maker and a bike for exercising, and it was very clean. My daughters were fascinated, and they also surprised me with a plate of delicious seasonal fruits. The service at the restaurant is very good, and I congratulate Alejandra for her excellent service; the food is delicious. The hotel has very spacious and beautiful gardens that, with its colonial architecture and pool, are ideal for disconnecting from the city. This has been one of my favorite options for relaxation; the staff strives to ensure that their guests have very good experiences.

Mixed experience (good and bad) The hotel is huge with spectacular gardens and tennis and football courts. A decent restaurant with excellent Sunday buffet. The pool has no heater although it is in good condition. The service is attentive at all points, but slow and ineffective. It is a very old hotel that urges maintenance and unfortunately the room that touched me had cockroaches! Out came 2 cockroaches at least 7 cms each! And she was infested with mosquitoes. Very old and even lurid bedding. The room chair dirty and expired for years. What I did was go out and buy an insecticide because otherwise it would have been impossible to sleep. Later and as soon as there was possibility they changed me to another room. Synthesizing: very nice and recommended common facilities, very good priced and tasty Sunday buffet. Terrible rooms.
