Standard rooms are dated, "dated" is actually an understatement, the first room i was in was very clean but the furniture was beat up and non functional, the door to the closet didn't open all the way, it was hard to get to my clothes, I complained and was moved to a room that had better furniture, but there was mold under the built in seat of the shower and the towels were stained.

Overall, it is a good place. I believe they have areas to improve in customer service, room service, and the menu. What has been very cumbersome is the billing for the room. They should make it easier.
