The hotel staff was amazing. The front desk was very helpful. The restaurant was good and the overall situation is very very safe. It's in a good location and there were no major concerns. The only negative is the parking situation. it's very safe and underground, but you have to park in these lifts that are totally unnecessary. Other than that, the hotel is great and priced very competitively. I would recommend it to anyone.

Every time I come here it's the worst possible experience. The reception staff isn't just bad, they're terrible. They're incredibly slow, they never have the reservations registered, and check-in takes at least 20 minutes. The rooms are dirty, in poor condition, and the sheets are old. I always have to come here for work; otherwise, I wouldn't stay in a place like this even by mistake.

Stayed here with my wife and children and the experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. At the lobby, another guest was already complaining because when he entered his room, there were other guests still inside. Not exactly the kind of welcome that inspires confidence. There is no bellboy, so you’re expected to drag all your luggage from the parking lot to your room on your own. Once you get to the elevators, the situation doesn’t improve: several elevator buttons are literally missing, just holes in the wall where buttons should be. The food somehow manages to be both expensive and low quality at the same time. Prices suggest a decent restaurant; the taste suggests otherwise. Today another guest was arguing at reception because their rate “included breakfast” except it apparently only included breakfast for one person, even though the room was booked for two. A convenient surprise. Overall, the place feels poorly managed, poorly maintained, and indifferent to guests. I would never recommend staying here.
