Guests still on the side, banging on walls like crazy, scary really, it's not the hotel's fault but that shouldn't happen. It's the second time we've visited him, from there on out, all passable. The icy pool. Room service fine. The elevator in bad shape, dangerous.

I love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times over the years. I am looking forward to the changes/improvements that the new management is incorporating. This hotel is centrally located between several popular distilleries and within walking distance of several great local bars/restaurants. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I only have one suggestion. Please stop closing the breakfast bar early. On weekdays it closes at 10 am, but the staff started removing the food by 9:20-9:30. This rushes the hotel patrons and could leave a negative impression.

Price was ok. Location is just perfect in the heart of downtown. Friendly and helpful staff. Down side. Rooms are old and small. The halls have too much echo and you can hear people talking outside. Poor bad breakfast
