The location of the hotel is right on the beach. The room that I was in had a view of the beach. The hotel has a big pool there that is great for kids and adults. The restaurant there has really good breakfast. The room was clean and it has a TV.

Dismal treatment of receptionist Dolores Contreras. She was very impolite and lying. She refused us entry to the room on the fourth day, leaving us in a soggy swimsuit (we came from the beach), on the grounds that we had to pay (again) because according to her she had not received payment from Booking.com, in a booking call, they insisted that they had already made payment. Under threat from this lady not to give us our belongings or even our wallets with IDs or important medications for hypertension and diabetes, we had to make an extra payment that according to this lady would refund it when the Booking.com app paid them. It is a trick, as I could not and had no way of opening the room, when the maid could without problem enter the room in what we were held in the reception. We found a cockroach in the kitchen. They don't do good cleaning in the room. You have to ask for it, otherwise they don't even get in. Furniture in very bad condition. Something very important in these times, they do not have connections to charge electronic devices such as cell phones and tablets. I had to carry it in the kitchen. The food in the restaurant is very poor quality. The rescueable is the location in front of the beautiful sea and the sea views of the rooms. They ruined our anniversary vacation. I don't recommend it.

We had no hot water and a clogged sink. After waiting two hours with no response, and only after insisting, we were moved to another room at midnight. That room was next to an active construction area, and we were woken up early by loud banging. The entire hotel is under construction, and we even saw bricks falling into the pool area, which felt genuinely dangerous. The hotel isn’t worth the money. It has potential and a beautiful sea view, but it’s completely undermined by poor facilities and staff carelessness.
