This is always the best way to get away and relax in the most idyllic place on Holbox. Beautiful property with lovely staff. I want to call out our favorite friends there: - Yos - service, Erismay, “Peanut” - our personal concierge, Maximilliano - service, Fabiano - reception, & Omar - Beach service!! We miss you all!

loved our stay here… the hotel is beautiful and has an understated chic. rooms were well designed, clean and cool, and a view of the beach across the street from the room and the hammock on the balcony was so nice. above and beyond was andrés the head chef… he did a private hot sauce lesson with me, and sent me home with almost a liter of vacuum packed salsa habanero… yosnier and erismey made the included breakfast conversation interesting, and the front desk of joanna and cynthia were very helpful.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is perfect - far enough from town to enjoy the beach yet close enough to walk. The amenities are terrific - the free breakfast was substantial. The decor is interesting and artistic. We will return!!!
