We were very disappointed with this stay. Anything under a roof had stagnant air due to no fans in any lobby, bars always had a line and were slow, no swim up bars, staff acted annoyed if we asked anything, beds were so hard, balcony door didn’t lock, shower door wouldn’t shut, no shampoo, condition or body wash, asked for extra towels and came back to no towels which then took almost 2 hours to get towels, room was hot even with ac on high, buffet was always empty of food and had the same things everyday, had to make a reservation for every restaurant, couldn’t get towels without a towel card, couldn’t check out without towel cards, pool activities were not very engaging, planned an excursion just to leave the resort.
