I go to Cancun for medical treatment and this hotel tries to penalize me with a fine of 100 dollars supposedly for smoking in the hotel; Although it is true that there are signs, they do not inform me about it and threaten to call the police... it is a real robbery!! Yes, rather when there is no ash in the room, the cleaning girl accuses me of it; bad tricks on the part of the cleaner… this is how they treat tourists

Extremely slow and unfriendly réceptionist ,on my last day instead of enjoying the beach I had to waste all my afternoon waiting to check in . I politely said I don't want to waste my day and I've been waiting for 30 minutes and asked her to hurry up and she disrespectfully said " NO" ,not à good location either ,way too far from the beach . Avoid this place as much as you can cause you'll be disappointed
