Check-In & Check-Out Both processes were smooth and efficient, but entirely transactional. No warmth, no welcome, no acknowledgment beyond the mechanics. Nothing went wrong, but nothing was offered either. Room The room was clean and minimally decorated, though the overall feel was closer to a budget accommodation than a mid-range business hotel. Adequate for sleeping, but not for comfort. Bathroom The towels were exceptionally thin and non-absorbent, closer to paper than fabric. Mold was present in the shower, which is particularly disappointing given that this is an easy issue to prevent with basic maintenance. Breakfast This was the most significant failure of the stay. The food was consistently incorrect in texture. Items that should have been soft were hard; items that should have been crisp or firm were soft. The result was not merely underwhelming but actively unpleasant. It was so uniformly wrong that it felt as though effort had been applied in the wrong direction. For a Mexican hotel chain to serve a Mexican breakfast of this quality is especially surprising. This is foundational cuisine, not an edge case. Final Thoughts Nothing about the stay was disastrous, but very little was good. The experience felt inattentive rather than careless, which may be more troubling. With basic improvements in housekeeping standards, linens, and especially breakfast execution, this property could meet expectations. As it stands, it does not. As every year people attended us in a friendly and attentive way, from the reception, stay the one who puts up the bags and we support Mr. de la etrada to a doubt of how to transport us. Excellent.

I truly appreciate the convenience of having the hotel right in the mall - u get everything u need. The one and only main problem is the way the traffic lanes are designed at the front of the malls makes it very hard to get to the hotel if u r coming w suitcases - there is no help, u need to carry and lift the bags up yourself to checkin. This was my main pain point when I arrived. When I departed I did get help from the hotel staff. Great selection of restaurants and shops. Super large supermarket All useful and good Rooms are basic and clean. Good enough for me.
