GR Solaris Cancun

We have been coming to this resort for many years and always have a wonderful time. From the staff to the atmosphere of the hotel we always feel welcome and they make us feel like we are “home”. Yzrael specifically is such a wonderful addition to the hotel. He gets everyone motivated to have fun. He is warm and friendly, greets everyone with a beautiful smile every day. The hotel has improved and updated the rooms as well as adding a great coffee bar and deli. All of the waitstaff are super accommodating and there is nothing they won’t do for you to make your stay more enjoyable. We highly recommend this resort.

Although the hotel was very average and the service poor at all times, the kids club staff especially Crissa and Lupita were incredible with my two girls during the entire stay, they welcomed them and treated them with such kindness and everyday my girls were happy to stay at kids club and do all the activities with these girls.

Excellent service message was wonderful
