I was here in November and the place was not comfortable at all.Beds are itchy. Rooms aren't clean well all you have to do is look around. Wipe the toilet you'll see they didn't clean. Hotel staff steals especially if you didn't tip.Doors may not open, lock, close at times.

I stayed with my Mother for three days in this hostel and it was a horrible experience. Ever since we checked in, the lady at the front desk didn't let my mother into the reception just let her not and gave me a rude attitude, so I told her she was to tend to the customer nicely not like she was treating us. For the three nights, the loud music didn’t let us sleep and the two times we went down to the pool, we were taken out with the rediculate excuse that we could not make noise. I explained to the lady groserisima that we were only looking for internet signal because she did not reach the room, however it was so unpleasant that we do not want to return to that place ever.
