Hard Rock Hotel Cancun

It is the Hard Rock we enjoyed the most. The welcome with their service of scented and warm towels to refresh us from a long trip. Access to everything is easier because it is smaller. The sea in that area is beautiful, one can fully enjoy it. The amphitheater they have outside where you watch the shows is beautiful because it is outdoors. The rooms are small since they have a huge jacuzzi inside and it takes up a lot of space. It is very well located, you can even take a bus to go to the city center or get around by Uber freely. They have a Mexican party at the hotel, they bring in handicrafts, there are stalls that day, music, dancing. We loved the Frida restaurant buffet, as well as the pizza at the pool!

It is not bad, but it is not what they make you believe, we will not return, bad service, dirty areas..

If you are a hard rock fan then this place is just as good as all the others . The all inclusive format is not my personal favourite but these guys do it very well indeed. Booking the restaurants is quite tricky as you have to queue in the morning to ensure your place and the places are snapped up fast. The hotel is located on the beach strip in cancun . There is a real party atmosphere and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and the cleaning ladies very diligent. We really enjoyed the barbecues which took place most days beside the pool and also the all day availability of pizza from the oven. Personally I enjoyed the frozen daiquiris but the beer selection was not very good with often only the dark Modelo available at the bars. The Italian restaurant Ciao was great , Jose Chi took great care of us there . Special thanks to Giorgio who gave me the tour of the rock memorabilia.
