Hotel Margaritas Cancun

Clean, friendly and quiet. This is not on the beach or the hotel zone, but the hotel is good value. Nice big pool and has a restaurant. Ok for a night or two, we stayed here on the night we landed then left to tour Mexico.

Its a nice hotel its called Adhara rather than Margaritas now but no problem there. Spacious room large bathroom and a private patio.Staff are very nice and helpful. Very clean but feels a bit to hotel chain like for me. The restaurant has terrible cappuccino and it was expensive. Other than that Ive gone out for food. Nice pool area.Its just too bad its been pouring rain for 2 days here.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Rooms are small and not clean, we found bugs and insects, the pool is in the middle of the hotel, so basically anyone from the street can see you. I get it, it is super cheap, but at least you except good service, well... don't even get me started on that, the service is second to none, unfriendly front desk, it feels like they hate their jobs. This guy Esequiel at the front desk was super rude, he couldn't find our reservation and had to wait to long to solve it. Waiters don't even care and food is bad, no taste at all. i will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not even the location is good, terrible neighboorhood even though your downtown.
