Mallorca Hotel & Suites

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, boutique style. It had 3 balconies and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was simple with coffee, 2 pancakes and fruit, but enough to start the day. The location was great, just right behind a vibrant square with many options for restaurants, food stalls, and a supermarket next door. The staff was kind and helpful. I would definitely go back next timebin Cancun. The only thing is that it could get quite noisy at night due to live shows in the square, so if you want to go to sleep before midnight and are a light sleeper, you may struggle. Perhaps it could be good to offer a few more options for breakfast: I was there for just 3 nights so it was fine to have the same breakfast every day, but I guess after 4-5 days it could get a bit boring.

Positive: clean rooms, great location for walking out Negative: very small elevator, little flexible, pool hours, and tiny room bathroom.

It was all terrible. From check in to q we had to leave the accommodation with children at 21hrs .! We had booked room with balcony.! I tell you the hotel has two buildings.! When we arrived we entered a part and no one received us.! We were about 3 or 4 minutes waiting.! Then in the building next door it said restaurant, we went in there and it was the reception.! We didn’t see it quite right anymore.’ Because on the other side anyone could have come in and no one from the workers knew.! When we got to the room there was nothing balcony, a window with a railing.! We asked for a change of rooms and they told us that since we had already entered the room they could not change them and we had touched nothing.! We go for a walk and return about 20:30hrs.! There we realized that the pillowcases were dirty, the sheets had hair and the couch had terrible manchurens. The reception guy didn't really know where to get in.! The shift manager has arrived, we explained that we wanted to leave there, get our money back. All this because there was no roommate to fix it.! And he told us how good we had to contact Booking the booking platform. When the payment had been made at the hotel .We told them to help us and as if nothing.! Soon the hotel manager arrived and the truth was very friendly without any problems helped us to ask for the return of the money, explained well how the booking platform worked and in principle let us eat waiting for the return .! But the best thing about this story is that when I told the manager why we were leaving and I told him about the stains on the couch , the head of shift comes into the conversation and comments WERE STAINS OF NOTHING .! There it explodes! And well I decided not to answer him.! We left there we looked for another hotel and I hope if God wants to never meet that person again or in that hotel.! The reception boy who attended us. I didn't know where to get in.! But well we knew it wasn't your responsibility, but it was the person who was coming forward.! It was pretty receptive! I do not recommend this hotel.!
