I had a nice family vacation for my graduation; the hotel is very quiet with a beautiful view of the lagoon. They have a fairly large pool and several restaurants; there is also kayaking and bicycling activity. We did not feel like doing these activities because of the heat, as it was unbearable, but we participated in others. A thank you to Angel, Hannia, and Jimena, who were the entertainment staff that made us have fun.
Likewise to the waiters and reception who assisted and helped with our questions. The only point I would improve is the cleanliness of public spaces, such as the sofas in the lobby and the showers, since they were always clogged and dirty.
