NYX Hotel

"The hotel was clean. All the staff were polite and smiling. The food was very delicious with a rich variety."

While in line for lunch, my daughter started to feel faint. The staff were quick to give her water. I then proceeded back to our room and Usiel assisted me with getting her back to our room. He took her blood pressure and told what to do. He was a life saver as I couldn't carry her alone. Staff were great and responded promptly when they noticed her feeling faint.

The food and services were excellent. The overall atmosphere was great, and all the staff welcomed us upon arrival. It was very nice of the front desk to upgrade our rooms for a better experience. The rooms were nicely cleaned each day.
