This hotel is in an amazing, truly prime location—a little piece of heaven. While the North Beach area becomes incredibly loud and almost unbearable after around 11 a.m. because of the boats blasting music, this hotel—located literally on the beach—offers a peaceful escape. You can relax in the shade, listen to the sound of the waves, and enjoy the ocean without the constant noise. At night, we were even able to watch sea turtles come ashore to lay their eggs, which was an unforgettable experience.
Check-in was slower than expected, and we were surprised that the hotel required a cash security deposit. We didn't have cash, so they eventually waived the requirement, but it seemed odd that they could charge drinks to a credit card but not allow the security deposit to be placed on one.
The only other unpleasant part of our stay was the door lock. The door does not close unless it is locked, making it impossible to shut with one hand. In addition, the hotel provided only one key for two adults and one child, which meant we always had to stay together or coordinate our movements. It was an unnecessary inconvenience that could easily be fixed by providing a second key.
Overall, we loved our stay. The incredible beachfront location more than made up for these inconveniences, and we would happily return.

We stayed here mid April for 10 days and thank you Mother Nature for providing us with 10 days of perfect weather.Upon checking in we immediately felt the negative vibes from the front desk young lady.Never any kind of greeting whatsoever, no hello, no welcome only a very somber face who gave us the impression that she had more important things to do. When checking in you will be required to provide a $200 deposit , we knew this before hand and there were not any issues with this. What we did have an issue with when you check in they provide you with a wrist band that you are required to wear. I’ve been to all-inclusives many times where wrist bands are required, but never before have we been to a hotel on the island where they require you to wear a wrist band, this caught us off guard. We stayed on the 2nd floor in a king ocean view room and the view was gorgeous as we watched beautiful sunrises every morning. The room was very basic and in dire need of remodeling. There is a step up from the main room into the bathroom and one needs to be very careful of this as I bloodied up both of my big toes. The pool area and the pool itself was very nice and well kept. The hotel is very secluded and that’s what we loved most about staying here. Upon checking out the same young lady checked us out with no farewell, no hope to see you again, no safe travel, did you enjoy your stay…Nothing! Owners if you read these reviews please train your front staff personal to be more amiable, first and last impressions go a long ways.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was on a quiet road off the main area on the north of the island and as two girls we felt very safe! Our room was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfy. We had an amazing balcony facing onto the pool and sea. We had an area out the front to park our buggy and it was excellent value!
