Serious health risk. Don’t stay here. There is black mold everywhere. It was brought up with the receptionist who told us to “just turn on the ac”. Do not bring kids here. Daughter complained of a headache and I was having a hard time breathing with lung irritation. We left because it was impossibly to stay in room for more than a few minutes. Hotel refused to reimburse.

Well situated across from the ADO station in Cancun - so perfect for an overnight before a flight or between flights. The pool area and kiddy wading pool are nice. We enjoyed sitting by the pool. The kiddy pool had dump buckets and water sprays - so fun area for kids with lots of kid sized furniture. The gardens are lush and very pretty. The rooms were quiet. The front desk staff were slow to get up off their chairs. Sort of "we are bothering them" attitude. Our room however, was run down. It might have been good years ago, but our shower had mold on the ceiling and peeling paint. Any metal in the room was badly corroded and two pieces of the rolling door for the toilet area fell off during the night. The bed was comfortable and king size, but the sheets were worn out. There was a damp feel to everything in the room. If you want pool towels or blowdryers, you have to ask at the front desk. The waiter in the evening was not attentive at all, but the waitress in the morning was wonderful. We ate breakfast at the hotel, but not supper. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. I would only recommend this place for an overnight if that.
