Do not stay here!!! The service is terrible, but that is not the worst part; we were robbed of more than 600 USD from the room, and no one cares. The manager does not care, and even less so the staff; no one takes responsibility for anything, and you can see the numerous complaints on other platforms, so they have made it a sport. Additionally, the facilities need maintenance; the bathrooms require attention, and there is a lack of customer service training.

Very bad because my IPhone 17 pro Max cell phone and 400000 Colombian pesos were stolen. I left him in the room and the toilet attendant took him away. The hotel manager did nothing about it.

We stayed at this hotel for the last week of June. The room was spacious and comfortable although very basic. The well maintained outdoor spaces, the pool was not very clean. Let's say the property is good value for money. The sore note comes from the operator who offers the tours, we booked an excursion for 160USD paying in advance by credit card. On the day of the boat trip, the excursion is cancelled as well as the following days. After several discussions, apologies and phone calls tell us to proceed with the request from Italy, with the result that they have not shown up anymore. DO NOT rely on this agency, just cross the street to find more serious and cheap.
