It is a pity that on Booking they have better reviews because it is terrible. The worst part was the response after what I wrote to them, which I transcribe: Hello! I do not know how they have such a high rating; my experience with you last night was terrible. First, they gave me a room whose bathroom had 10 cockroaches (I counted them) agonizing. They changed our room. Of course, we had to start over because we had already taken out several things. Then, in the room they gave us at 4 in the morning, the air conditioning started beeping and malfunctioning. The guy kindly went to check it, but there was a short circuit. So the only solution was to change rooms again. This third one was the best one. The first two were ugly, smelling of dampness, the curtains did not close completely, so from the pool, they could see our shower. Everything was wrong. I wanted to speak with the manager, but he would not arrive until 10 am, and we were already leaving because we literally just went to sleep and could not do it properly. I will publish all of this on Google and right here to prevent anyone from having the same experience as us. Finally, I am posting a photo of their response, which means that since it is a cheap hotel, that is what you can expect.

I accommodated 3 coworkers there; it claimed to have a pool, Wi-Fi, and neither worked. From the moment we arrived at reception, they treated them very poorly, and the discrimination was evident. Gentlemen, they are receptionists at a 3-star hotel!!!! They feel like they are in Dubai in diamond category, the very egotistical ones A TRUE DISGRACE, their facilities and their staff, and then they say that the season is extremely low... The only redeeming quality is the location, which has nothing to do with the service provided I hope the owners fix all that mess; it could be a good place

On the ground floor there are unidentified families who are not tourists. No help or support, in the hall bivouacs of indefinable people who create embarrassment, shocking to think that a structure so combined with international tourism is offered and furthermore the surrounding park currently does not exist because it is radically being renovated, it is all a construction site, never had a experience like this, perhaps it was a series of unfortunate coincidences but I would not recommend this place
