Xaloc Resort

Very friendly staff except Tamara. The welcome was anything but cordial and also during our stay there could hardly be a good morning or good day. Very unfortunate because the rest of the staff was very friendly. The rooms were tidy, the air conditioning didn't work out quite great. The Wifi is downright bad, even in the designated Wifi zones. Breakfast is OK but not special. All in all we would give our stay 3 stars, but certainly not four.

I came here May 2025 and had such a great time I came again (same month as weather was perfect and beach nice & quiet but not desolate). I had a bungalow right by adult pool and had fantastic views. Please see my more detailed review from last year but my highlights are the massive beds and clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast open until 11 and the location is right on the beach. My only wish is the room to have a fridge as the water stations were room temperature and I need cold drinks to cool down in heat. Would absolutely return again.

Nice and clean. Very nice staff. Comfortable beds. Good shower with hot water. A lot to choose from for breakfast, so you got full. Good coffee. Good pool area. Good sun loungers with towel included, and nice to get down to the beach. Good location. Sensitive, but quiet and nice so rarely it was lively.
