Dirtty hotel, smells bad, ac barely worked, has issues with bugs, definitely not like the pictures! Looks terrible, staff was nice but had booked for 3 nights, after seeing the hotel condition we decided to stay only one night, I was promised a refund by staff for the remaining 2 nights and I did not receive it! I do not recommend staying here! Smelled like sewer! The beds are so old and dirty you can feel the bed bugs, Trust me, you do not want to stay here!

Quirky, budget-friendly hotel with Mayan-themed décor. Some areas feel dated, but it offers good value for central Cancún. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and a unique atmosphere set it apart.

Although it was only a budget and sleeping hotel ($1,000 pesos per night), I think it still has deficiencies that if they are important, mainly the humidity and smell of the rooms, it is so penetrating that if it takes your sleep. The location is the best, behind the park the palapas. out of that, I think I'll look for another simple accommodation option the next time
