Excellent experience if you are looking for a different, lively vacation, enjoying the jungle and its sounds. The food is regional, very delicious, and the service from everyone is unbeatable. From the bar to the activities and including the room cleaning staff, they strive to make you feel very pampered.

Hotel with a very good location in the middle of the Mayan jungle, which makes it a unique experience. Its location is perfect for all the activities that are carried out, as it is located at a strategic point to go to the different ruins. Excursions are scheduled upon your arrival and they have enough activities so that you do not repeat even if you stay with them for 2 weeks. The food is of high quality, with an à la carte breakfast, and for lunch and dinner they provide 2 options for appetizers, main courses, and different desserts daily. Adriana is an excellent server and even learns your room number and last names. The pool gets some shade before 5pm or use a lot of sunscreen; after that time, it gets shade from the structure on one side, so it is an excellent time to get in. It has a hot jacuzzi on one side. The daily tours are punctual for their departure and the guides/drivers are very attentive. Julián, Danny, Tomás, José, and the rest are very pleasant people and will make your tours something special. The weather, despite being in the jungle, is not muggy for having been there at the end of July. The rooms are spacious; they probably require a little more scheduling for fumigations because, after all, we are in the middle of the jungle and there are always insects in the rooms. The only problem is the glass door of the shower that faces the patio, since you could see inside from the outside path, so we needed them to put up a sheet to prevent people from seeing us showering.

Lovely experience, with a different energy vibe, thanks to nature and all the staff working at this complex, special recognition to all of them, but particularly to chef Manuel SALAZAR, who made our stay a sensational one, to the guides who accompanied us during the tours and also to the waiters who surprised us in many of these experiences, unbeatable attitude from everyone. Thank you very much, we had an incredible time. Highly recommended, although if you are not a fan of nature, it is better not to go because you will be in contact all the time with the wildlife that is part of the experience.
