Intercontinental Presidente Cozumel Resort Spa

Spent 5 nights and left relaxed and recharged. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed for an incredible vacation. We rented to ocean cabanas for 3 days and highly recommend. Worth every penny. The water is so clear we saw so many beautiful fish while snorkeling right off the cabana.

The location was perfect. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with a lot of friendly staff. The rooms were very beautiful and cozy very clean. The staff were amazing. The Amenities were spectacular. My wife and I will for sure coming back to this resort we love it . I gave it a 10 out of 10 . Friendly staff like Carlos at the front desk, Victor and Sergio the waiters at the Cap restaurant and at breakfast our waiter Hilario and Diego etc, All staff were very professional and service was fantastic. They provide outstanding service and they make sure we were well taken care of.

We celebrated May 10th at this hotel. Four families went together. With children and teenagers. I had already been here and loved it for family time. We went snorkeling, took complimentary diving classes, the food was delicious, and the service was incredible. The dinner was fantastic at the Italian restaurant. The bread and breakfast buffet were amazing.
