Presidente Intercontinental Cozumel Resort & Spa

Amazing experience. In the days we stayed at the hotel we all liked. The beach is amazing. We were in a period when Cancun and Playa del Carmen were taken for a sargaço and Cozumel was with perfect waters. The room is comfortable, the staff is very polite and the breakfast is good.

Spent 5 nights and left relaxed and recharged. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed for an incredible vacation. We rented to ocean cabanas for 3 days and highly recommend. Worth every penny. The water is so clear we saw so many beautiful fish while snorkeling right off the cabana.

The location was perfect. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with a lot of friendly staff. The rooms were very beautiful and cozy very clean. The staff were amazing. The Amenities were spectacular. My wife and I will for sure coming back to this resort we love it . I gave it a 10 out of 10 . Friendly staff like Carlos at the front desk, Victor and Sergio the waiters at the Cap restaurant and at breakfast our waiter Hilario and Diego etc, All staff were very professional and service was fantastic. They provide outstanding service and they make sure we were well taken care of.
