Excellent hotel June 2026 We had a very good experience during our stay. The cleanliness, in general terms, was satisfactory. During our visit, we received two cleaning services in the room: one was more basic and lacked some details, while the other was much more complete and careful. The facilities are excellent, well-maintained, and very comfortable, ideal for resting and enjoying a natural environment. The quality of the food was outstanding; everything was delicious and excellently presented. We also met with two different chefs during our stay. I recommend asking if the dishes contain spiciness, as one of them cooks with milder flavors, little salt, and no spiciness, while the other offers spicier preparations with greater flavor intensity. Customer service deserves special mention. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Leo, Karen, Armando, and Lizeth were essential for making our experience so pleasant. The best part of our stay was undoubtedly the whale shark tour organized through the hotel. It was an extraordinary activity, perfectly coordinated, and it far exceeded our expectations. We would give it 6 out of 5 stars! Without a doubt, it is an experience that we highly recommend. What would I recommend improving, considering that it is a natural space? It would be advisable to place more signage and verbally reinforce the importance of not feeding the local wildlife, explaining the impact this can have on both the animals and the experience of other guests. It would also be important to insist on the exclusive use of biodegradable sunscreen. Likewise, although it may seem obvious, it would be helpful to include reminders for guests to apply sunscreen in advance and allow it to absorb properly before entering the pool, as otherwise, a visible film of residue may remain on the water.

I had an excellent experience at Las Nubes de Holbox. It is a beautiful hotel, with a spectacular location, very well-maintained facilities, and a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the island. I want to especially thank Leo and Armando for their extraordinary attention. Both were very kind, attentive, and always made sure we lacked nothing. Great location, quiet and away from downtown. Great service by Armando, Leo, and Sander, they were attentive to our needs. My aunt was undergoing chemotherapy and unable to be in the sun, they brought food to her room and even a small table for her to be more comfortable as she enjoyed her ocean view room. We booked tours through the concierge, bioluminescence tour and whale shark tour, I paid by wire transfer because if by credit card there is an extra card. Note that in the rooms there is no door/curtain, would be good if they could add something.
