Excellence Playa Mujeres

We had the absolute best time at EPM and will be back. We have been to Excellence properties in Jamaica and DR which all have great staff, however, the staff at EPM is top notch. So kind, helpful, and personable. Jesus at the EC concierge beach was amazing! He eas so friendly and helpful. Also, Roman on the beach with the drinks was super attentive and very prompt! You feel like you leave family when you go home. We will be back! 100% recommend EPM!

Our experience was that exceptional. Service was top notch. Jackelina, Jesus, Katina, Roman met every need before we even asked! Food, drinks, room, pools, everything was great! We cannot wait to return!
