Hotel Isleno

We are first accused of stealing a towel and after seeing the cameras and seeing that in fact the girl at the reception had only delivered one, they ask us to pay for the laundry because we had put the towels on the ground to avoid letting the water out of the room. Among other things, the hotel policy is to leave towels on the ground if you want to change them. They don't even apologize for calling us thieves, they take the laundry money. Rude and unprofessional!

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to grocery store, restaurants and beach. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. We booked the premium 2 bed room. It’s on an active street and would be noisy if you don’t use the ac. The balcony was a very good size. We would definitely stay here again

Spent 4 nights at this small hotel. I know we’re are still experiencing Covid, so my expectations are mindful of that. First the good: - Staff friendly and accommodating - Location is great, close to beach and restaurants - Reasonable price - Good A/C And the not so good: - No wifi in the rooms, despite listed on the booking sites - Mattress covered in plastic, not very comfortable - Housekeeping lacking, no service first 2 days, shower door never cleaned - One towel was ripped in the middle and stained - Room constantly smelled of sewage, bought an air freshener
