Mia Reef Isla Mujeres Resort

We had great service with JC on the beach. He was the best server we have ever had, he went above and beyond. My glass was never empty . It didn't matter if I was on the beach or 300 yards in the water, he would bring drinks faster than we could drink them. The 2 days he was off we were disappointed, he sets the standard for service for every employee.

Amazing experience and beautiful place. The customer service was outstanding and the food was good too. JC our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Will be returning.

While it is a normal all-inclusive, what sets it apart from the rest is the excellent attention from the staff; it truly surprised us. At Playa Efrain, they deserve all the applause; we will return!!!
