Na Balam

New and comfortable room. But did a lot miss outlet adapter or USB to charge cell phones. We improvised putting on the USB of the TV but it was very slow. The morning receptionist allowed to charge the computer but was also slow. Playa Norte accessible after crossing a street and entering by a partner hotel of Na Balam. We can stay in the beach structure even after check out. Very attentive staff at the restaurant, very good and robust breakfast. Hotel is far from the ferry, we risked going on foot with the bags and 2 children but it was quite tiring. On return, we rent a taxi for 165 pesos (credit card). By the way, take cash in kind as many places do not accept card (Brazil much more advanced and modern in relation to the means of payment!) Isla Mujeres has won our heart, the best beach in the world for children and also for those who do not like to surf. Hot water; soft, clean, crystal clear, light! Sun does not burn, very nice day and, if I had more money, we would stay at least 2 days there kkkk

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Na Balam. It's clean and quiet and has a great breakfast. The location is perfect or Playa Norte. We'll be returning!

The location is great, a pity the hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Playa Norte for me was the most beautiful of Cancun!!! Walking about 10 minutes, you arrive at the center, on the street of restaurants and shops. Guests have access to the Beach Club in front, which makes it easy, as it is foot in the sand and we can use the loungers, only arrive early, as it is open to general customers, not only guests. Breakfast is served in it, just cross the street, you pick some items from the menu, but a lot is paid apart, but ok, was tasty. The room is quite old, the bed is hard, TV does not catch, shower almost does not come out water, drops. For the amount we paid, at least it would have to be more comfortable. A helpful staff, an attention to the receptionist Joana who helped us a lot in relation to a problem with our bags that arrived after 24 hours.
