The longer I stayed here the higher my review became. When I think about what I got for the price I paid - I would stay here again! Location is perfect for beach shopping and dining. Both hotel restaurants had the best food drink and staff. Note * no elevator, got a suite with kitchen, dishes etc -no utensils 😎. Was supposed to have a couch-I got a micro Barbie kids folding something or other 😂. Again totally worth the price ! Will stay again

Super mixed feelings. The hotel is right on Centro Beach - amazing location - can't beat it. Close to everything (i.e., downtown, restaurants, etc.) The hotel was clean and air conditioning top notch but everything else wasn't so good. The beds were hard as rock, plumbing not so much (i.e., sign by the toilet says don't flush toilet paper down the toilet), there was a gap at the bottom of the door (i.e., you could see light coming from the hallway), and the topper was after we came back from dinner - there was no water (i.e., couldn't flush the toilet or take a shower). The whole hotel had no water. It took 5 or 6 hours for the water to come back online. I could have put up with a lot - but the water thing was a real nonstarter.

The toilet didn’t flushed asked be fix next was fixed so my mom had to fix it someone stole my bottle out the pool areas i asked to see the cameras to se who stole it the front desk lady won’t let me see the cameras she said tomorrow and i leave tomorrow and it was 1:00pm when i asked her so i know they weren’t closeting any time soon the front desk lady just didn’t want to help me and i asked for help they let me sit their in their chairs for 45 minutes and then told me they can’t help me and then they didn’t even look at the cameras for you to see if someone stole your bottle they just told you they can’t help you. PLAESE DON’T BOOK HERE THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS ITEM’S EVEN IF YOU ASK TO SEE WHERE YOUR ITEM’S WENT MISSING THEY WON’T HELP YOU PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE HORRIBLE PERIOD SAVE YOUR MONEY. ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON
