We returned after 12 years at playa del carmen and Barrio Latino and always top experience, the guys at the reception super nice helpful and always present, thanks to Manuel Enrique and Alejandro .. Andrea the owner a great host with always valuable advice to move and visit beaches etc .. the location is ideal and super convenient close to the fifth and the bus station ado and nearby there are many cafes and restaurants then the whole structure very nice and characteristic, the basic rooms but with everything you need, ceiling shovel air conditioning refrigerator and private bathroom. We will definitely come back to find you also the kitty Enzo sweet 😻😻😻 Michela and Kristian

Strategically located close to the most important points of interest. Fifth Avenue, Ado bus terminal, beach all less than 5 minutes; about 10 minutes from the collective transport terminal. Andrea is a really welcoming and kind host and provides great ideas for trips and activities to do. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Very pleasant relaxation corner with microwave and kettle, if you organize you can comfortably organize your own breakfast. Wifi fully functional. The rooms are not very large but the spaces are well organized. Compared to Italian standards bathrooms should be updated. The value for money is really extraordinary and... you will be in the company of the excellent Enzo, a very nice red cat who has kept us sweetly company. Some noise of the premises comes but with good caps you sleep, we always slept very well and... you are in the center at playa del carmen. We are happy and satisfied with our choice.

Beautiful hotel with rooms concentrated around a bar/relaxation area, we are immersed in the local atmosphere directly. The decor is well thought out and the place is warm. The comfort is not maximum and the balls they are sometimes necessary (availability at the reception). Excellent location and front parking, excellent value for money!
