Grand Palladium White Sand Resort & Spa

Staying at TRS Yucatan and took the advantage of having a zentropia massage at the Zentropia Spa. We had a couples massage with Karina and Soledad which was absolutely fantastic, so good we will probably have to book another one in before we leave. The whole experience of the spa was first glass, very recommendable

We recently stayed at the resort with our young child and overall had a wonderful family vacation. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Luisa Zamudio for her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction. After we experienced an issue with an external photo vendor operating at the resort, Luisa took the time to personally meet with us, listen to our concerns, and follow up as promised. Her genuine care and thoughtful gestures completely changed the situation and left us with a very positive impression of the resort. The resort itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and very family-friendly. The pools were excellent, clean, and offered plenty of options for both adults and children. Our toddler had an amazing time, and there was always something for families to enjoy. The grounds, common areas, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. The beach was unfortunately affected by seaweed during our visit. However, this is a natural issue and not the fault of the resort. We could see that staff were working hard every day to manage it as best as possible. There are a few areas where improvements could be made. The food offered a great variety, and the presentation was excellent, but the quality and taste did not always meet our expectations for a resort of this level. The same applies to some of the drinks, which we felt could be improved. In addition, while our room was clean and comfortable, some of the standard rooms are beginning to show their age and would benefit from renovation and modernization. Despite these points, the positives far outweighed the negatives. The outstanding staff, beautiful pools, excellent service, and family-friendly environment made this a memorable vacation. The way Luisa handled our concern demonstrated a level of customer service that deserves recognition and turned a disappointing experience into a positive one. We would gladly recommend this resort to friends and family and would certainly consider returning in the future.
