Horrible place to stay, stay at yr own risk. Dirty, run down, smelled in bedrooms like sewer Loud and paper thin walls. Could not get out fast enough after stay. Was meant to get free bottle of wine per Expedia stay, no wine. Remotes given to us in bag. Worst than motel 6.

Even with ear plugs and the pillow on your head you will not get any sleep until 4 am every night ! There is 0 sound proofing and it sounds like your room is right in the club ! Also there is no all inclusive breakfast at this location it’s a good walk away from the hotel … the spa is also not at this location and cost money not included ! Besides that the place was pretty clean but very run down … one of the two showers were ripped out ,plastered over and also the water pressure comes and goes so expect for water to come on and off during showers ,also not one room has a working hot tub . I would recommend this hotel just to crash out for a night or two if your here to party hard Definitely not for families or any one that wants to have a relaxing vacation .

Hotel in an excellent central location in front of Cocobongo. Dated hotel. Very rude reception staff. The rooms are large but without windows and with an unpleasant musty smell inside. It would require extensive maintenance which is not done. There is no minibar in the room. Only the cleaning of the rooms is excellent, done daily. For the rest I would say that for those costs there is much much better out there. We definitely won't be going back. The pools are bathtubs.
