We had the BEST time at Playacar Palace! Unfortunately the beach was not great due to seaweed but the staff made up for it for sure. Ivan helped get our transportation set and made reservations for all of our dinners. He was only a text away for anything I needed. Veronica helped setup up our excursions and spa appointments. She even went out of her way to make sure we had a private tour since we had young kids with us. We were able to go over to the sister Resort at Cozumel and Eder checked in to make sure everything was okay with our stay there. The pool staff (Dalia, Marvin, & Ignacio) always made sure we had drinks and setup our chairs each day. Lastly Manuel our bell boy was so sweet getting our luggage from our room into the transportation for our next adventure. The staff at this resort is top notch!
As always food is delicious, the room was nice and clean, and the shows at night were great (especially the water show, Mexican Show, and break dancing show).
We will definitely be back!
