Real Playa del Carmen

The location of the hotel is good and not so good... because the beach there is not suitable for entering, there are stones. Over the complex, the drinks are always hot, warm beer, the facilities are comfortable, but a little old, with lack of maintenance.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful. David Huicochea or butler was so accommodating in every aspect! The entire staff at Spice worked very hard to make sure we had everything we need and more. José García was our main guy plus 14 other spice wait staff that worked with him.

David, our butler for the trip was superb! We could not ask for better service than what David provided! From setting up our cabana each morning to making reservations for us, he provided top service to my group above and beyond our expectations.
