Riviera Maya Suites

The place is excellent, the service is good, good retirement and pool. Only the room's air conditioning failed, they changed us but we had to move our things ourselves.

In the very beautifully landscaped complex, we had a bungalow on the second floor with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a ceiling fan in the bedroom, and one on the terrace for lounging in the 2 hammocks. In the complex, you could observe various animals, such as coatis, raccoons, and agoutis, right in the middle of the city. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the beach (some problems with seaweed, but they tried to keep the beach clean), a large shopping center, a laundry, and the tourist strip of Playa is one street over. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back again.

We stayed in one of the houses - everything was very good: air conditioning, bottled water, fully equipped... honestly, no complaints. There were 10 of us: two families of 4 (two children in each family) + the grandparents, who stayed in the room on the ground floor - veeery practical for everyone, since they are older adults. The garden is not huge, but it is full of trees and vegetation, which makes it feel private - the pool (a good size) is close to everyone. There are little animals that don't come near humans but can be seen from time to time - they are not a nuisance in any way, quite the opposite. The beach is two blocks away walking (5 mins) and the hotel provides towels and folding chairs (aluminum, very light and easy to carry like a backpack), so everything is very practical. Honestly, we are very grateful for the service and quality of the facilities - no complaints whatsoever.
