Super Nice and luxurious hotel, with wonderful villas and staff at top level

Great premises, excellent food, magical reception desk but seaweeds on the beach and beach very tiny. Only few dinner options.

What a special place! We were lucky enough to have the time to book a last minute 4 night trip to Rosewood Mayakoba in July and we had a blast. The property is still gorgeous, the rooms are still spacious and comfortable and the service is still top notch. The best part is the number of familiar faces - from the women in the kid's club to the golf cart driers, boat captains, breakfast servers and pool staff - the same faces since our first visit in 2024. Cynthia really made us feel special - as she always had - checking in, making recommendations and helping us celebrate my wife's birthday. She is a true asset to the property and sets a tone that most other resorts can't even begin to compare with. Our butlers - Cesar and Alberto - were on top of every detail and made sure everything was scheduled and taken care of - true relaxation. Seaweed was a major issue - but that's mother nature and should be over with in the near future. The newly renovated family pool plus the Casa Del Lago pool left us with more than enough to do. We enjoyed every moment of our trip and can't wait to return! Thank you Cynthia & RW Mayakoba team!
