Been earlier in week and food was fabulous. Waiter also came round with steak on skewer to table. Attended second time and no steak served from skewer and food was quite cold. Sauce came after and was very very cold (perhaps the way it is served in Mexico) chips were also cold. That being said food was really nice , service was good and steak cooked really well. A nice experience over the 2 visits

Francisco prepared a wonderful dinner. Samuel made sure we did not leave hungry. Such great service.

We had an incredible time! The attention from the guest services manager was great! (Eyter, you deserve a raise) the food is super good! The restaurants are amazing. The one we liked the most was definitely Le Gourmet Royal Elite, the young lady who served us was super friendly and charismatic. Our idea was to relax, and we were able to do so without any issues, the entire staff was very kind and respectful. Our son loved the pools and fell in love with the jacuzzi in the room.
