The Bric Hotel

Absolutely amazing massage and the staff was very welcoming and made sure I had everything. I told him it was my birthday and at the end of my massage they surprised me with a pastry that had a candle in it. Whenever I come back to this area, I would definitely book them again and again.

My husband and I have stayed at the Bric Hotel in Playa del Carmen a few times, and have enjoyed our stays there immensely!!! Perfectly situated very close to 5th Ave, where all the action is (but is not noisy!). It’s perfect for a stop before continuing to a resort in Tulum. They even have a great spa, and I have made use of a great back massage, to get a start on a relaxing vacation. The rooms are nice, as are the beds.

Stay away from this awful hotel! Pros: Great location Cons: rooms weren't cleaned, Bad Wi-fi, Noise, 10 minutes for hot water, Can't hold luggage at checkout for more than 2 hours, awful and indifferent treatment.
