The Royal in Playa Del Carmen

I’ve attended Katia’s classes, including aqua strong and spin, and I feel like I’ve been able to maintain fitness routine. Katia’s classes are inclusive to everyone as she provides a moderate level of intensity and modifies classes depending on fitness level of the group. She is professional, but has a warm and welcoming demeanor. Looking forward to attending all her classes during my stay, as it is the best part of every morning!

Went to this resort in Playa del Carmen, with 7 additional people. From check in to check out, the staff, drinks and food were professional and attentive to each guest. The food and service was an elevated experience in all areas. The rooms and pool are were clean and well tended too .The location to the main shopping area of Playa del Carmen was extremely close saving us having to get 2 taxi to go shopping. The tequila/mezcal bar in the upper lobby, has one of the best mixologist I have ever experienced. All of 8 of us were very impressed with this resort

The location is in the center of the city. You've got to go out to walk around. The hotel is clean, the staffs are friendly. The room is big and clean, you can see a little dent here and there but the property is super tidy and clean. The vibes are nice, the staff make sure you enjoy the stay. Food can be a little more choice that would be nice.
