Simply good, and that's it. - regular food with a long wait and too much heat in the place. - regular maintenance of the facilities in general. - there are no activities for children, neither in the pool nor at the beach. - the organized shows at night are good. - the cleanliness in the rooms is good. - the condition of the rooms is 6 points. Starting with the toilets being fixed under the countertop. Inconvenient. - the reservation for restaurants is a mission impossible. - the service and attention is 6/7 points. - the drinks at the bars are average. There is no variety, quality, and you do not have the option to choose or pay for something better. - they do not let you enter the hotel if they are already selling you something. - if you are going to move on your own outside the hotel, ask for the hotel's phone number, many times the beach guard does not let you in unless it is with their 'decorated' taxis, which is a shame. I had to walk back 25 blocks with my daughters, aged 6 and 10, because we were not authorized to enter with a married couple who brought us. While presenting the wristband was supposedly enough, we also missed dinner; it was a long walk (it does not depend on the hotel, but it complicated things). - the pools are good.

Overall good value for the dollar. But the buffet is mediocre at best. And the wifi is absolutely terrible in most of the resort. The sit down restaurants are great, but you have to reserve like a week before oftentimes, to get in. Beach is amazing, staff are pretty friendly. We will go back, but I really hope they get some better food in the buffet. And get some wi fi boosters.

Staff is incredibly friendly. My favorites were Manuel at the Check In/Out desk, Wilbur with the entertainment team, Arturo one of the bartenders and absolutely Hirim the sunrise Photographer!!!!! Resort and Rooms very clean. Pool is beautiful and clean. Spa is incredible and worth every single penny. Amazing experience and entire staff at spa is wonderful!!! It is a smaller resort so not a ton of options on activities but we were 2 adult couples who enjoyed the relaxation. The food….. I am a super picky eater…. The food was fine, not a huge amount of variety but with that said, it was very possible to find something to eat at every meal and what I had was good!!! No room service but there is food available 24 hours everyday. The nightly shows were good, not high budget but the participants were amazing. 100% recommend, if looking for smaller resort with a lower price point, relaxation and just a chilled good time
