Rolando is incredible!! We had so much fun! He made our trip so special!!!

We had an amazing stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Mar the concierge and all the staff from the restaurant, Maria, William and Rafa We came to the hotel with a work group, and from the moment we arrived Mar made us feel so welcome. She showed us around our room, explained everything we needed to know, and made sure we were comfortable from the start, also we filmed a video of the hotel and she totally stole the show!! Throughout our stay Mar was always available whenever we needed anything—even if it was just asking her to take pictures for us, She was always smiling, kind, and happy to help Since there was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach, Mar recommended some beautiful places nearby that were affordable and definitely worth visiting She also suggested an amazing sushi restaurant that ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip Mar truly went above and beyond and made our stay even more enjoyable Thank you for all your help and for making us feel so well taken care of We hope to come back soon 😍

We bought the day pass and it was really worth it, the day pass is all inclusive, access to the pool since the beach has a lot of sargassum, for the same reason we thought about leaving, but the kindness of our waiter Rolando and Mar's charisma, smiling all the time and her recommendations made us stay! and we enjoyed it a lot, the food was delicious! and parking is also included with valet service, we hope to return.
