Aventura Spa Palace All Inclusive

This is the worst stay I ever had I reserved through Expedia it was my birthday and took my family with me everything that they offered as restaurants and all adults it’s not true THEY ARE NOT ALL ADULTS you’ll be surrounded by kids running around all your stay and begging for a burger cero attention to details bad tub was gross in the room they send us to eat three times to the same restaurant that was close staff is rude and not knowing anything was definitely the worst experience DONT STAY HERE

Naef and Diego were fantastic! They responded quickly and met any need we had on this trip. They were extremely professional and helpful our entire trip!

Very good all the structure offered, parties and restaurants. I thank the concierge Bernardo and Ignacio for their attention.
