Pro's: Great spot, could chirp girls from the balcony while still sitting on the beer cooler, 3 stories up - safe from real interaction and possible rejection. Cons: Wifi was about as helpful as a maxed out credit card, and our beloved party magic white power mirror was confiscated 13 hours into our stay. We requested it back but were meet with unnecessary suspicion and refusal. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this hotel only for 1 night and we was very satisfied, the only one thing, if you don't like clubs and noise don't even think about it. For us, it was a perfect stay, we had a great time outside of the hotel, with our cocktails and danced until the morning, without entering to the clubs. This hotel, town and time, brought us something special, we got engaged. We will return to this hotel for sure. Recommended for party people!

We stayed in this hotel for New Years Eve in Playa del Carmen. We knew it was a very noisy hotel, but we didn't knew it was dirty. The internet don't work well and they are NOT friendly. The girl from recepcion desk is not Kind and helpful. We don't recommend this hotel.
