Encanto Corto Maltes Ocean Front

This is for unit 350, on the top floor: My husband and I stayed at this condo for four days. The pictures don't do it justice - it is just beautiful, spacious, clean, and perfectly located. The views are incredible - our morning routine was to walk to Ah Cacao for coffee, then sit on the balcony watching the beach area wake up. There is a narrow swimmable beach in front of the building, a much larger beach nearby that gets very crowded, and the 28th St beach is a 15 minute walk away. We enjoyed live music at Zenzi Beach restaurant below our room, walked Fifth Street several times, waved to Miguel the doorman every day - he kept our bags safe when we had to check out a couple of hours before our airport ride. Benjamin (manager) was very responsive when the refrigerator wasn't working - showed up within an hour and then told us about the town and recommended restaurants (El Fogon was great). We were allowed a late checkout which gave us time for one last swim and helped with our late flight home. The elevator wasn't working so we had to hike up the stairs every time we came and went - it was ok but I hope that's fixed when we return next year. We can't wait to go back - one of the best places we've ever rented.

Had a wonderful time at this fantastic condo in my favorite city! The location is second to none and has everything you’d want from a condo rental. Roger and his staff saw to our every need and want with kindness and efficiency. Already planning our trip back next year. We stayed in condo 305 and had a rooftop view that was second to none. Great value for what you get.

Huge, spacious, high end condo right in the center of action: located by the beach and yet just a block away from famous 5th avenue (where you can find lots of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, etc.). There's even a fun beach bar on the premises where you can enjoy a nice meal, drinks and live music. The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you could need (which is very practical), dinning room, living room and a big terrace with views to both the ocean and the street towards 5th avenue. Parking is also very convenient, right below the condo and very secure, as it is gated and has a security guard 24/7. We felt very safe in general during our stay. Overall a great vacation! We got to enjoy the nice weather, walks on the beach, delicious meals and fun evenings on 5th avenue, etc. - and everything within walking distance from Corto Maltes! Highly recommended!
