Always a great atmosphere beautiful scenery.

We booked this resort based on the positive reviews, but after our experience, I honestly question how accurate many of them are. I’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts, and this is the first one where it felt like we were constantly being charged extra. Want to see a show on the resort? You have to buy a ticket. That completely defeats the purpose of an all-inclusive vacation. The transportation was also disappointing. The shuttles were unreliable and often didn’t pick guests up as expected. On top of that, about half of the restaurants were closed during our stay, leaving far fewer dining options than advertised. The resort itself was dirty in many areas, and the bed was as hard as a rock, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly and did their best. Unfortunately, they couldn’t make up for the overall experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend spending your money on this resort

5-star hotel that has lost 2 or 3 stars. Terribly organized, with no explanations and totally indifferent staff. Initially we had an adults-only room and since they were doing construction work they changed us to a superior one but next to the construction (noises, trucks, workers) bad. The food leaves a lot to be desired, little variety and always the same. If you don't go at the start of the scheduled time, there are foods that are not replenished. Many themed restaurants but closed most of the days and the ones that are open have a line to get in. The staff in general does their own thing and does not pay you the slightest attention. The beach is small and even though they are cleaning it continuously, there is always sargassum present. I mean, it is a disaster for a vacation that costs a lot of money. I do not recommend it to anyone.
