I booked one night hoping it would be a special occasion for my wife and my daughters. Surprise, it was the worst stay I have ever had in my life. Restricted buffets. Few food options and the truth is all 4 of us got diarrhea. I reported from check-in that the air conditioning did not work. It did not go below 28c, so now that the heat is unbearable, it is unacceptable. Besides the fact that the room smelled like pee or humidity, it was a very unbearable smell. I spoke with the front desk supervisor and he showed little empathy for my situation. I requested a 1pm late check-out due to the circumstances and they still had the nerve to try to charge for it. Terrible service; one would think that since it is now part of Hyatt it would have better service, but it even seems worse.
