It is a very special experience; it helps you connect with yourself and relax, forget about outside thoughts, and focus on the now. I experienced it one day before my birthday, perfect for starting the year off right! You cannot miss it!!!

I went for a week with my husband and my two children (1 year old and 3 years old). This trip was very special for us since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and our baby's first birthday. Unfortunately, many inconveniences occurred since we arrived and the biggest disappointment was that we had reserved a room to have comfort (we are members) and when we entered it was a studio, we communicated with Manager Pablo Rendón who forcefully wanted to leave us in the studio with the speech that there was no one who could help us at that moment being 4 pm in the afternoon if not until the next day, also insisting repeatedly that the studio was a room, as if we did not know the difference in size between these two, apart from that we had to make an appointment with someone I don't even remember who it was to fix the inconvenience, with two babies tired from a long flight and wanting to sleep, I wanted to wait sitting down until they gave me the room we paid for and I had to apply pressure until finally around 7 pm they gave us a room like the one we had requested. We also had inconveniences with the restaurant schedules, at the time of check-in they informed us (Keren) that all the restaurants were available but when we went to have dinner at one, it turned out that it was closed with the excuse that there was low occupancy. Unfortunately, the poor communication made us spend very uncomfortable moments that with small children become more intense. I don't think we would return to this place in the near future. What I do want to highlight and what we liked a lot was the good service at the Sport bar thanks to Carlos at the bar and his team, and in the entertainment department to Alexander, we had very good times thanks to them. As well as the service at the Kids club thanks to Ada who also provided excellent treatment for our children.
