What a beautiful gem of a hotel that gives you all the Welcome Home feel that you could want. The Management and Staff truly are what makes this hotel. From the moment you walk up to the front counter to the moment you return on your next vacation, you are always family. The ambiance and unique vibe of this hotel truly is one of a kind and you just can't beat the location. We have stayed 4 times and each time we have had a different room. All extremely unique, comfortable, secure, and the most comfortable beds. The whole hotel is well maintained and spotless. We have to give a huge shout out to Alexandra and Mariella, who went above and beyond when I sprained my ankle on an outside venture we were one. Ice was always at the ready and their kind, caring words, definitely helped the quick healing process. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay ... and until next time.

Unbeatable location. Right on 5th Avenue, very close to the ferry terminal and ADO. Basic but nice and comfortable. To reach the room, one had to go up one floor by stairs. There is a lack of surfaces to place items in the bathroom. That was not very practical. Very good WiFi. I was at a restaurant around the corner and remained connected. The bed and pillows are plush and comfortable. There is air conditioning and a water dispenser on the first floor hallway. There is a nice little terrace upstairs.

I stayed here several times! Owners consent to you in a personalized way It's a super warm place! The rooms are cozy and the service is familiar It is a small but large hotel at heart. When I visit Playa del Carmen I always stay here Thank you.
